User Adoption Report:
User Adoption Report allows users to view and track the progression of OKR's
(Both Individually owned and Team type OKR's self or shared/co-owned) of members of the teams.
By harnessing the power of the Reports section users can fetch
'User Adoption Report in real time' to gain valuable insights & enhance team performance.
Select multiple OKR periods, sort and select reports for different managers, create custom team filters and Custom data fields.
Some of the Data Fields in User Adoption Report:
Check collective Objective progress, progress of Team objectives that are self-owned & Progress of Team Objective's by Shared Ownership.
Check collective Objective Status, Status of Team objectives that are self-owned & Status of Team Objective's by Shared Ownership.
Alignment of overall objective, Shared & self-owned alignment.
Users can also view the Last check-in status.
Average Progress: Indicates that the average of overall progress of all the Objectives the User is part of both Individual Objective and Team Objectives - Self owned & Team Objectives - Shared Ownership.
Average Progress Self: Indicates that the average of overall progress of all the Objectives that are solely owned by the user i.e. Team Objectives - Self owned.
Average Progress Shared: Indicates that the average of overall progress of all the Objectives that are co-owned by the user i.e. Individual Objective and Team Objectives - Shared ownership.
Objective Count: Indicates that the count of all the Objectives user is part of i.e. Individual Objective and Team Objectives - Self owned & Co-owned.
Individual Objective Count: Indicates that the count of all the Individual Objectives of a user.
Team Objective Count: Indicates that the count of all the Team Objectives user is part of.
Team Adoption Report:
Team Adoption Report allows users to view and track the progression of OKR's
i.e. Team type OKR's both self-owned and shared/co-owned of the teams.
Team Adoption Report also comes with the functionality to select multiple OKR periods, different managers, custom add Teams filters and custom data fields.
OKRs Adoption Summary:
The OKRs Adoption Summary within Witsmate's Insights feature provides a comprehensive overview of OKR adoption across the entire organization for the selected Period.
This summary allows users to download the list in excel format for Users without data, Users without Teams & Teams without OKRs and take appropriate action to bridge the OKR adoption Gaps.
1.Users: The total number of users.
2.Users without OKRs: The number of users without OKRs in period.
3.Users without team: The number of users without team.
4.Teams: The total number of teams.
5.Teams without OKRs: The number of teams without OKRs in period.
6.Objectives Count: The number of objectives in period.
7.KR Count: The number of KR in period.
8.Task Count: The number of tasks in period.
