I am unable to create or add a team?

Adding a team

To be able to add, edit or delete a Team you must have either an Admin or a Super User access role type assigned to you by your management.

  • If you have added a team under a Parent team then please click the parent team drop box to search for your added team.

  • You must add teams with unique names as teams entered with same name wont be added.

Even after these credentials or role types if you are unable to add a team please contact witsmate support team through Help and Support icon on vertical menu bar.

Note: A Basic User cannot add, edit or delete a Team under any circumstances.
